Frequently asked questions

*In the webshop you can pay with Ideal, credit card, PayPal and Klarna pay later.

*In the brick&mortar shop we don't accept cash, only debit and credit cards (AmEx doesn't work, all Mastercard and Visa does)

For items by special order we first have to order them from our supplier, it will take around 1 to 2 weeks before we receive them and then ship them to you. For large orders it is possible we ask Lang Yarns to ship your order directly to your address (only within the EU).

*Yes, when you go through the ordering process you can choose to pickup your order in the shop (only with a Dutch shipping address).

*This is the only way to have something put aside for you in the shop, without payment we cannot reserve items for you. (Attention: the webshop has a different return policy to the brick&mortar shop)

*We aim to deliver our orders to the postal company (PostNL or Deutsche Post for international) within 1 to 2 working days and we always ship with Track & Trace so you know where your package is.

*We vacuum as much as possible so your order fits through a mailbox and we can together be environmentally conscious because less air is shipped and no van has to drive to deliver your package at home. The vacuum bags are made from foodgrade plastic, you can reuse and reseal them.

*We use shipping bags made from recycled plastic, these also comply to the strict sustainable packaging laws of Germany. In rare cases it's also possible we use a recycled cardboard box or envelope, if this fits your order better.

*You can return your webshop order (also when you have picked it up in the brick&mortar shop) within 14 days of receiving it, always send us an email before you send or bring something back! The costs and risks are for the customer. When we have received the items and they are in original, unused state you will as soon as possible and within 14 days receive your money back.

*Attention: for purchases made in the brick&mortar shop different rules apply, the conditions can be found on your receipt. A receipt is always offered, with every purchase.

Yes, to use a webshop voucher in the brick&mortar shop come by and we'll change your voucher code to a physical gift card. To use a physical gift card in the webshop you have to send us an email, we'll deactivate the gift card and email you a voucher code.
