Sticks & Cups offers delivery through the PostNL service. We use a vacuum machine to flatten the packages as much as possible and send our packages with lightweight packaging material. We do this to ensure that the shipping costs are low and the parcel will fit through your mailbox. You don't have to stay home to receive this parcel! We also believe that smaller packages help fit a lot more packages in the delivery guy's van, and help save the environment due to less trips for more packages.
We strive to offer your parcel to the Postal Service within 1-2 working days. All of our packages are sent with a Track & Trace number, so you'll can track your parcel.
For delivery within the Netherlands you can either choose PostNL standard service and have your parcel delivered to your home, or you can choose to have your parcel delivered at a PostNL location.

Within the Netherlands we charge no shipping costs for a parcel that does not fit through the mailbox above €50,-
For standard shipping to Belgium we charge €8,75 shipping costs. For orders above €75,- we will charge no shipping costs.
For delivery to Germany we charge €9,00 shipping costs. For orders above €75,- we will charge no shipping costs.
For delivery to the UK we charge €10,95 shipping costs. For orders above €75,- we will charge no shipping costs.
Not from the EEA
For orders outside of the EEA we charge NO VAT. Please note: the webshop calculates all prices with VAT included, but once you enter your adress it will take 21% VAT off of your order. You will not be charged VAT if you are not from the EEA. Orders above 100 euros are shipped cost free worldwide.
Extra information on worldwide shipping
We use Deutsche Post to send our international parcels because unline many couriers, Deutsche Post still differentiates between big and small parcels. Because we vacuum pack our parcels they take less space, and therefore we can offer cheaper shipping. Better for the environment, better for your wallet. It does mean however, that the tracking codes take a day or two longer to arrive. We'll update you as soon as we have the links and codes. Please rest assured that we have not forgotten about your parcel ;)
You have the right to return a parcel within 14 days. The period of 14 days begins the day you receive your parcel.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email and tell us you wish to return your order.
Do NOT return your parcel without notifying us first!
After giving us notice that you wish to return your order, you can package the products in the orginal packaging and add the original receipt. The products you return must be unused and be packaged in the original packaging. All crochet-, knitting- and yarn- packages must be complete, unopened and sealed in order to be returned. If the seal is broken, the product may NOT be returned. If parts of the package have been used, the product may NOT be returned.
The costs and risks of returns are for the buyer. As soon as possible and maximum 14 days after we deliver your parcel and agree to the condition of the products, we will refund your payment.
